How to request a refund

Send an email to hello@fastpdfguide.com with the subject line "Refund Request" and include your PayPal transaction ID or receipt. We'll process the refund within 48 hours.

Refund timeline

Once processed, refunds typically appear in your PayPal account or original payment method within 3–5 business days, depending on your bank.

Digital products

Because our guides are digital products delivered by email, we can't "retrieve" them after delivery — but we offer refunds freely anyway. We'd rather have happy customers than hold onto $12.
